Your Data Ownership
Your business data — inventory, customers, billing records, staff information — belongs entirely to you. We are custodians, not owners. We never sell, share, or use your business data for any purpose other than providing and improving our services to you.
You can export all your data at any time in standard formats (Excel/CSV). If you cancel your subscription, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted from our systems.
Incident Response
In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your data, we commit to notifying affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware of the breach. We will provide clear information about what happened, what data was affected, and what steps we are taking to address it.
Report a Security Issue
If you discover a security vulnerability in our systems, please report it to us responsibly before disclosing it publicly. We appreciate responsible disclosure and will acknowledge your report within 24 hours.
