1. Free Trial
All Jemixo plans include a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial. You will only be charged after the trial period ends, and only if you choose to subscribe.
2. Money-Back Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with Jemixo within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us for a full refund. No questions asked. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only.

5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. We will confirm your refund via WhatsApp or email once processed.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing period.
- You can export your data within 30 days after cancellation.
- No partial refunds are provided for unused days in the current billing period.
7. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms and Conditions, including misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our systems.
