Getting Started
Not at all! Jemixo is designed for shop owners, not tech experts. Our onboarding is guided step-by-step, and our team personally helps you set up via WhatsApp. Most shops are live within 5 minutes.
Security
Yes, absolutely. All your data is encrypted with bank-grade AES-256 encryption. We take automatic backups daily and store them on secure cloud servers. Your data is never shared with third parties.

Yes! Jemixo is mobile-first and works perfectly on Android and iOS. You can manage your entire shop from your smartphone — billing, inventory, customers, and analytics — from anywhere.
Billing
Yes, Jemixo is fully GST-compliant. It automatically calculates GST, generates GST-ready invoices with the correct HSN codes, and lets you share bills instantly via WhatsApp or email. GSTR reports are also available.
Beta
Our Beta Program gives 100 shop owners free access to Jemixo for 6 months. In return, we ask for honest feedback to help us improve the product. Beta partners also get a 50% lifetime discount after the beta period.
Getting Started
Yes! You can import existing inventory, customer lists, and supplier data using Excel/CSV files. Our team will help you migrate your data for free during onboarding.

Tally and Vyapar are generic accounting tools. Jemixo is built specifically for jewellery and clothing shops — with features like gold weight tracking, HUID barcodes, size-colour inventory, and WhatsApp selling that generic tools simply don't have.
